This is a local role in the theatre.Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant trade operations across ASEAN, India, and Korea. This position offers the opportunity to work in a global environment, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and contribute to strategic trade compliance initiatives.**Key Responsibilities****Import & Export Operations & Shipment Management:**Coordinate and manage import and export shipments, ensuring timely execution, accurate tracking of air and ocean freight, effective communication with forwarders and internal functional teams, and compliance with documentation, regulatory, and service-level requirements.**Import & Export Compliance:**Prepare, review, and maintain import and export documentation to ensure international shipments comply with regulatory requirements, including HS classification, customs valuation, Incoterms application, export license determination, and record retention.**Customs and freight forwarder Liaison:**
Act as the primary point of contact with customs authorities, brokers, and carriers to support timely clearance, regulatory reporting, audits, and shipment release, while resolving customs-related issues and queries**Risk Management & Process Improvement**Identify compliance and operational risks, initiate cost-saving opportunities, and continuous improvement of trade and logistics processes.**Operational Reporting, Tracking, Records & Audit Support:**
Maintain accurate operational records to ensure data integrity, monitoring shipment and status reporting, and organized filing to support reporting and audit requirements.**Requirements:**Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or BusinessMinimum 3 years’ experience in trade compliance or supply chainMS office proficiency and advanced excelKnowledge and understanding of Supply Chain – Purchasing, Planning, Inventory, Logistics and/or WarehousingAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities## **Work Shift**Office (Singapore) #J-18808-Ljbffr
