Night Crew Supervisor
at Shaw’s and Star Market We are looking for a dedicated Night Crew Supervisor to lead our team through the overnight hours and ensure our store remains clean, organized, and ready for the day.
Daily Responsibilities Lead a team of clerks, supervise stocking shelves, unload trucks, and maintain store conditions. Oversee deliveries, keep the store clean, train new members, monitor inventory, resolve issues, and enforce store policies.
Qualifications
Sufficient supervisory experience in retail or grocery.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work overnight shifts 11PM-7AM or 12PM-8AM.
Physical ability to lift heavy items.
Schedule Full‑time shifts of either 11PM-7AM or 12PM-8AM.
