What You’ll Do
Manage a remote sales team, setting, measuring, and tracking performance
Set individual revenue targets and drive attainment throughout the area while ensuring profitable sales
Maintain market awareness and stay in touch with trends and competitive forces
Enforce standards, monitor pricing, execute objectives, and hold team accountable for performance
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and sales process
Drive functional sales initiatives and campaigns in partnership with Marketing
Use authority for sales personnel decisions in consultation with sector and VP of Sales
Provide day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, development, and corrective action
Execute plans to drive market penetration
Ensure the sector attracts, develops, and retains high‑quality sales talent
Compose monthly communication report
What You’ll Need
2–3 years of direct B2B sales management experience
Knowledge of targeted territory and the Building Services & Construction, Manufacturing, & Utility sectors
Excellent coaching, closing, and mentoring skills; strategist; analytical
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
