Job Summary Coffee Distribution Co. (a division of Canteen) serves over 15,000 customers in the New York and New Jersey area. While Coffee is still our first name, we stock over 4,500 different products from apples to Ziploc bags. Our customers' needs are ever evolving and so are we. As a member of Compass Group-USA, we can arrange for seamless service across the country for a myriad of our client's needs (catering, vending, special events, café management or unattended markets.)

CDC is growing and we are seeking a creative and forward‑thinking Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team’s efforts with marketing strategy, planning and execution. Our Marketing Coordinator will assist with social media campaigns, marketing materials, market research, and employee engagement while ensuring consistent brand imaging across multiple channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create content and maintain social media platforms

Creates marketing materials that align with our company and clients goals and initiatives

Ensure website accuracy and content is timely, up to date

Develop content for proprietary TV Channel

Conduct market research

Other marketing tasks and projects as required

Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft office, Adobe and Canva

Bachelors in Marketing or related field plus one year of relevant professional experience, strongly preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self‑motivated and collaborative - you're a true team player

Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

High attention to detail and a "hospitality mentality"

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, multi-task, and effectively interact with all levels of staff
