+ Develop and maintain the Server Services strategic roadmap aligned with company goals.
+ Identify market trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
+ Drive annual and quarterly business planning processes, including financial forecasting and resource allocation.* **Business Performance Management**
+ Define and track KPIs to measure organizational success.
+ Conduct business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.

* Experience in server, compute, or IT infrastructure industry is highly desirable.- **Skills:**
