Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of HVAC or construction estimating experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of MEP systems and subcontractor scope alignment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with strategic planning abilities.
Proficient in estimating sheet metal and performing design work, including duct sizing.
Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Procure.
Effective time management skills and adapts well to changing priorities.
Willingness to travel throughout New England and the Northeast as required.
