Responsibilities:
Assist customers in booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, tours, etc.)
Answer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
Process reservations and confirm travel details
Ensure accurate record-keeping of bookings
Work within set guidelines to meet customer satisfaction targets
Follow company processes for payment and cancellation policies
Requirements:
Must be
coachable
and eager to learn

Ability to work independently in a remote environment
