Co-design and execute global employer branding initiatives, turning high-level strategy into actionable content calendars, asset lists, and KPIs. Act as a strategic partner to TA leaders and Global Communications, translating data insights into optimization recommendations during monthly global branding calls. Source and produce employee ambassador stories, coordinating regional content capture to feed the recruitment funnel across various talent segments. Write, review, and edit copy for social captions, landing pages, and event promos with a focus on inclusive language and global brand standards. Monitor channel KPIs using tools like LinkedIn Talent Insights and Sprout Social to build performance dashboards for stakeholder reviews. Conduct regular audits of career sites and social channels to improve SEO, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance. Oversee asset governance and version control within SharePoint, maintaining the Employer Branding Toolkit for global reuse. Coordinate with GTA Tools & Technology to evaluate new platform solutions and implement process automation for recruitment marketing. Education
