The Commercial Property Tax Attorney will manage

commercial property tax appeals from start to finish , working closely with institutional clients and experienced partners. This role requires strong valuation analysis skills, client-facing experience, and the ability to independently handle matters while contributing to a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities

Handle all phases of

commercial property tax appeals , from filing through resolution Represent

institutional and high-value commercial clients , including REITs, developers, and financial institutions Analyze

property valuations, financial statements, income approaches, and assessment methodologies Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and written submissions Communicate directly with clients, assessors, and taxing authorities Collaborate with attorneys across related practice groups as needed Qualifications

New Jersey Bar admission (required) 3+ years of commercial property tax appeal experience (required) Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Proficiency with
