We are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team in this exciting new phase of growth.**Available Office Locations**: Austin | Boston | Chicago | New Jersey | New York City | Philadelphia | Raleigh | Toronto |**Overview:** As a **Solutions Consultant** you are a customer-facing advisor responsible for accelerating product adoption, guiding best-practice usage, and delivering measurable outcomes across enterprise accounts. The role operationalizes methodologies, playbooks, and success plans that help customers realize the full value of our solutions while strengthening stakeholder partnerships.**Key Responsibilities:*** Onboard & Adopt

+ Lead post-implementation onboarding (typically 4–6 weeks), focusing on role-based enablement and usage baselines.

+ Conduct adoption assessments (system checks) and co-create the initial Product Success Plan with outcomes and KPIs.* Support & Evolve

+ Manage and iterate Product Success Plans; design and run adoption projects to expand feature usage and achieve defined outcomes.

+ Facilitate roadmap/release reviews and adoption communications; deliver quarterly Health Checks with recommendations.* Renew & Add

+ Partner with CSMs for quarterly account planning and support renewals with value proof and references* Coverage Model

+ 1:1 strategic coverage for high-value accounts; tech-touch pooled plays for long-tail segments via webinars and office hours.* Outcomes and Metrics

+ Adoption KPIs (active users, feature adoption %, time-to-value), health scores, NPS, references, and outcomes achieved.
