to winning.• Responsible for platform collaboration with key platform partners including Research, technology, Marketing, and business intelligence teams• Builds, develops, and retains a high-performing national sales enablement organization with clear career progression pathways and succession planning**Change Management:**• Develops an end-to-end national sales enablement process to drive revenue growth and competitive advantage across all markets and service lines• Drives the creation of innovative, executive-level sales tools, pitches, proposals, and RFP responses that differentiate JLL in competitive markets and secures transformational wins• Leads change management initiatives to enhance the firm's sales capabilities and market positioning through strategic process optimization and cultural transformation• Establishes and implements opportunity diagnostic frameworks and qualification thresholds to optimize resource allocation and maximize win rates• Champions continuous improvement through systematic analysis of wins/losses and implementation of lessons learned across the national organization**Stakeholder Management and Reporting:**• Sets comprehensive metrics of engagement with partners and stakeholders, establishing clear KPIs and success measures for national performance• Conducts comprehensive performance analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning and identify emerging opportunities• Develops sophisticated analytics and performance metrics to report progress and ROI to senior leadership and key stakeholders• Presents regular executive briefings to senior leadership on sales enablement performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations • Manages relationships with C-suite executives, regional leaders, and external partners to ensure alignment and support for sales enablement initiatives**QUALIFICATIONS**• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred• Minimum 12-15 years of commercial real estate experience with progressive leadership responsibility required• Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale organizational transformation and successful national sales initiatives• Proven experience in building and managing high-performing national or regional teams with P&L responsibility• Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in sales performance analysis, competitive intelligence, and performance metrics across multiple markets• Strategic thinking ability with experience developing and executing long-term sales enablement strategies at enterprise scale• Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales automation tools, sales analytics tools, and business intelligence platforms• Executive-level presentation and communication skills with ability to influence C-suite decision makers and board-level stakeholders• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders across complex organizational structures• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits with competing priorities and tight deadlines at national scale• Deep understanding of commercial real estate industry dynamics, market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environment• Change management expertise with experience leading cultural transformation initiatives• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while driving organizational clarity• Commitment to excellence and continuous learning in a rapidly evolving industry with focus on innovation and competitive differentiation
