Job overview As a Principal Business Strategy leader within the Enterprise Transformation Office, you’ll turn complex ideas into actionable plans. You’ll work directly with business units, executives, and cross‑functional teams to ensure our transformation initiatives— with a specific focus on the complex operational and technical interdependencies between our programs— achieve their intended outcomes. Your ability to manage multi‑layered projects, interpret data, connect the dots, and manage interdependencies between initiatives will drive smarter decisions and successful transformation execution.
What you’ll do
Serve as the main lead to manage technical and operational interdependencies between the seven Enterprise Transformation Office programs, working with program and technical leads to ensure seamless, connected execution
Develop and maintain the source of truth of all managed interdependencies managed within the Enterprise Transformation Office framework to drive key decision points for the company
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, business units, and functional teams, to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership and key business partners to align strategic direction and secure buy‑in.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that distill complex data into actionable insights for executive approval.
Monitor industry developments and provide ongoing competitive intelligence to maintain our edge in the marketplace.
What you’ll need
Experienced knowledge in technology interdependencies between large, complex programs
Developed program management abilities managing many cross‑functional interdependencies and technical overlap
Expertise in market research and advanced competitive analysis techniques.
Experience applying standard strategy frameworks and conducting data‑driven business analysis.
Strong ability to distill complex problems into concise, actionable recommendations.
Mastery in developing executive‑level presentations and communicating strategic insights.
Demonstrated success leading high‑impact projects with minimal oversight.
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, corporate development, or a related field.
Required certifications as specified for certain areas of specialization.
Proven track record of influencing executive decisions and delivering innovative business strategies.
Experience mentoring peers and contributing to a collaborative, results‑driven culture.
