In this role, you will lead the development of innovative AI products from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, design, and leadership teams in a fast‑paced, startup environment. You will shape product roadmaps, prioritize features, and turn insights from data and user feedback into actionable strategies. The role requires balancing hands‑on execution with strategic oversight, including prototyping, product marketing, and user adoption. You will create playbooks, training materials, and dashboards while influencing key decisions at the executive level. This position offers high autonomy, direct exposure to the founding team, and the opportunity to drive meaningful impact across AI‑driven products for global clients.

Accountabilities

Define and prioritize product roadmaps and user stories, ensuring seamless experiences and measurable value

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to prototype, test, and deploy AI product capabilities

Develop product marketing assets, including messaging, demos, and screencasts to drive adoption

Gather user feedback, conduct market research, and analyze metrics to refine product backlogs

Build onboarding guides, training resources, and operational playbooks for internal and client use

Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align priorities with leadership

Own end‑to‑end product outcomes with accountability for quality, delivery, and user impact

Requirements

Proven experience in product management, operations, or consulting, preferably in startups

Experience with 0→1 product launches and scaling AI or software products

Strong analytical skills to translate data patterns into product decisions and playbooks

Hands‑on proficiency with video tools, design software (e.g., Canva), SQL analytics, and productivity platforms (Asana, Notion, Airtable, HubSpot)

Ability to prototype and communicate effectively with engineers and designers

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and take deep ownership

Excellent communication skills for executive updates, stakeholder alignment, and client‑facing content
