To expand Placetel AI in the Netherlands , we are looking for a Market Development Manager who will

build and grow the Dutch market

from an early stage.

Netherlands preferred/Remote or hybrid setup possible

Working hours:

Full time

Tasks As Market Development Manager – Placetel AI Netherlands, you take

ownership of market development and drive early customer traction

by acting as the central link between the Dutch market and our internal teams. In this role, you actively

shape the go-to-market strategy

and positioning while ensuring early customer success. Working in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, you contribute to building and scaling our presence in an international environment.

Develop and execute the market entry and growth strategy for Placetel AI in the Netherlands

Identify relevant target industries, segments and AI voice use cases

Build and maintain relationships with early adopter customers and key stakeholders

Support customer acquisition in close collaboration with Sales and Presales teams

Accompany customers through onboarding, implementation and early adoption phases

Ensure customer success during the critical early lifecycle of AI deployments

Collect and structure customer and market feedback to improve product-market fit

Contribute to product positioning, messaging and roadmap discussions

Develop local best practices, success stories and reference use cases

Support scalable go-to-market processes for the Dutch market

Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Sales teams across countries

Requirements

Experience in market development, business development, customer success or consulting

Background in SaaS, AI or technology-driven environments is strongly preferred

Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a must

German skills are a plus, not a requirement

Strong interest in AI, automation and cloud communication technologies

Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach

Ability to work independently and take ownership in an early-stage setup

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking

Cultural sensitivity and solid understanding of the Dutch market
