When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL 3 days / week in our office, 53 rue de Chateaudun, 75009 Paris.

Senior Marketing Manager , you will lead the execution of 360° marketing campaigns contributing to the

brand strategy .

You will manage

marketing plan

and

local activations on the french market , ensuring a holistic, media-driven and business-oriented approach across the entire marketing funnel – from

awareness to conversion .

You will report to the

Global Marketing Director

and collaborate with

cross-functional teams

(Product, Design, Data, Performance, PR…) as well as

external partners

to deliver impactful, insight-led initiatives.

Please note that we are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a temporary maternity cover (CDD), with an earliest start date of March 16th.

Key Missions & Tasks Marketing strategy & planning

Lead integrated 360° marketing plans aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives, for Meetic France.

Write campaign-specific briefs grounded in data, consumer insights and business priorities.

Balance short-term performance with long-term brand building.

Ensure Brand image consistency across campaigns, content, and touchpoints.

Campaign Execution

Lead the development and deployment of brand content campaigns across all paid, owned and earned channels with platform optimized assets.

Manage internal and external stakeholders (agency, creator, influencer, …) throughout the campaign lifecycle – from brief to go‑live.

Drive social media editorial planning, content creation, and execution in alignment with brand voice and priorities.

Own campaign budgets: plan, track, and optimize spend to ensure both creative excellence and cost efficiency.

Interview Process

First 30 min Zoom conversation with Guillaume (Recruiter)

45 min onsite interview with Caroline (Global Marketing Director, Meetic) and Lisa (Sr. Marketing Manager, Meetic)

30 min onsite or Zoom interview with Lucie (Senior Director Marketing, Match&Meetic)

Final 45 min interview with Mickael (Senior People Director, Meetic)
