Whatyou’ll do…

You will gather prospect feedback, collaborate with internal teams to shape our product roadmap, & deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Build a strong sales pipeline while also closing deals, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets

Be a trusted consultant and an advisor to external parties (benefits executives and healthcare consultants), enabling you to gain insights into your prospects' pain-points and buying needs

Become an expert on Progyny’s product and presentations to prospective customers

Collaborate well with team members and forecast accurately

Understand competitive landscape and position benefit offering to drive new business

About you…

12+ years of experience selling healthcare products or point solutions into employer groups

Demonstrated experience working for or with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits, or vendor providing ancillary benefits to employers, with a track record of success

Bachelors degree in business, communication, marketing or related field preferred

Ability to travel up to 40% to meet with clients, prospects and partners

A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently

Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills

Demonstrated passion and motivation to sell an innovative family building product/s and drive new business

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey the Progyny messaging in both in person and via remote sales capacity.

The ability to develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization

Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)

Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary

$170,000 - $185,000.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
