Senior Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities
Design cabinet structures and mechanical enclosures for electronic components and assemblies
Engineer large‑format display systems with emphasis on durability, manufacturability, serviceability, and quality
Perform structural, stress, and load calculations to meet applicable building codes and site‑specific installation requirements
Apply engineering principles to ensure mechanical design integrity across all products
Develop and validate tolerance stack‑ups to ensure manufacturing designs
Produce and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), and change records
Partner with manufacturing teams during pilot builds to validate designs and optimize production processes
Develop CNC punch press programs to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time, and increase throughput
Use layout and configuration software to support multiple display sizes, orientations, and color configurations
Provide technical support, testing, and troubleshooting across departments to maintain system quality
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction
Mentor and support junior mechanical engineers through technical guidance and best practices
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience
Strong background in sheet metal design and mechanical CAD
Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, and Vault
Experience performing stress and load calculations for large assemblies and installations
Familiarity with MS Office, document control systems, and BOM management tools
Experience programming CNC and turret punch presses preferred
Interest in the sports or live events industry preferred
