Physical Therapist (DPT, PT, RPT) – Home Setting

This role provides flexible scheduling, the opportunity to use your own equipment, and direct collaboration with families and physicians.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in a home setting.
Communicate with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals.
Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
Supply your own equipment (blood‑pressure monitor, smart devices).
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
New graduate applicants welcomed; experienced therapists also encouraged.
Actively licensed as a Florida Physical Therapist.
Job Type PRN (per diem). PRN therapists enjoy autonomy with flexible scheduling, higher rates, and no long‑term contracts.
Compensation Up to $110 per evaluation.
