Job Description DRYmedic Restoration Services, an affiliate of Authority Brands LLC, is seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to provide operational, management, financial, and marketing support to franchise partners. The role focuses on coaching partners on the utilization of our System of Business to help them reach personal and business goals by monitoring and measuring partner results using our tools and systems.
Responsibilities:
Act as a business consultant and coach; build trust with franchise partners to influence growth and profitability.
Build strong positive relationships.
Maintain weekly contact by phone to understand partner operations; visit each franchise partner’s premises annually for full one or two days of on‑site coaching and training.
Travel as necessary to support partners and attend company meetings or events.
Help partners create happy clients and resolve customer complaints or negative experiences.
Focus on partners’ profitability and financial health; work on annual budgets and review performance against them.
Guide franchisees on appropriate staffing levels; train on recruiting and training technicians, management, office, and sales employees.
Teach partners to drive sales by training in the importance of educating customers on additional needs and offering options through our sales system.
Support compliance with the Franchise Agreement and assist partners in becoming compliant.
Advise on recruiting and retaining associates and help develop engagement with the company culture.
Develop training materials and deliver presentations to large and small audiences, conducting training sessions for partners and associates.
Perform monthly Profit and Loss statement reviews, including year‑over‑year revenue.
Utilize CoreLogic DASH and Xactimate software systems to support operations, reporting, and analysis.
Apply knowledge of Mitigation and Reconstruction processes to advise partners in relevant business areas.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Comfortable with business mathematics, including reading and understanding financial statements and applying fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with all Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with CoreLogic DASH and Xactimate software systems.
Knowledge of Mitigation and Reconstruction.
Clear verbal and written communication skills for employees, franchise owners, prospective owners, and vendors.
