Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Sales Hunter to drive new business acquisition and accelerate growth. This role is focused entirely on hunting net‑new logos, uncovering high‑value opportunities, and closing deals with speed and precision. Ideal candidates are self‑starters with a relentless drive to win and a proven track record of building pipelines and exceeding quotas in fast‑paced environments.

This role will cover the Southeast and potentially the Mid‑Atlantic region. Candidates must be based in the DC, Atlanta, Charlotte, or Miami metro areas.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company goals.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the territory.

Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships.

Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.

Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close.

Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Conduct compelling product presentations and solution demos.

Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and leadership to close deals.

Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in CRM tools.

Represent DeepSeas at industry events, trade shows, and virtual forums.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

10+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or senior sales management role.

Demonstrated success in high‑velocity or enterprise/mid market sales environments.

Outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Experience in solution selling and value‑based sales approaches.

Comfortable operating independently and managing a self‑driven book of business.

Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Energetic, disciplined, and laser‑focused on results.

Bonus Qualifications

Background in cybersecurity, MDR, MSSP, or threat intelligence.

Knowledge of sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.

Existing book of business or industry network in relevant sectors.
