Accountabilities
Build PLG Flywheels to transition from sales-led to product-led growth.
Implement high-velocity experimentation to enhance product features.
Work directly with local teams to enable a Product-Led Sales model.
Focus on key metrics such as Growth, ARR, and Retention to drive decision‑making.
Define the vision and strategy to increase value for users.
Requirements
5+ years of proven experience in product management, preferably in B2B2C or B2B contexts.
Experience in creating product‑led growth structures and transformations.
Demonstrated ability to launch and grow successful products.
Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision‑making.
Ability to manage systems effectively, balancing speed with quality.
Experience collaborating with distributed teams to achieve company goals.
