Construction Scheduler
Future Opportunity
CSEngineering is looking to add a Construction Scheduler to our growing team! The SCH will provide schedule development, analysis, and control support for construction projects at a VA Medical Center. The Scheduler will be responsible for maintaining baseline schedules, identifying variances, and supporting schedule compliance across all task orders.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, monitor, and update construction schedules in accordance with project requirements
Review contractor schedules and identify daily, weekly, and monthly variances or deficiencies against the approved baseline schedule
Support schedule control activities across all task order scopes of work
Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand sequencing, phasing, and construction impacts
Ensure schedules comply with local, state, and federal jurisdictional requirements
Prepare schedule reports, updates, and supporting documentation for project meetings
Participate in onsite meetings at JBVAMC as required by the COR.
Maintain accurate project records and schedule documentation using industry-standard software tools.
Required Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of construction scheduling experience.
Demonstrated experience supporting schedule control for construction projects of similar scope and complexity.
Proven ability to analyze contractor schedules and identify deviations from the baseline.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing and schedule management principles.
Ability to quickly understand and apply local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in industry-recognized scheduling software, including: Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to produce, monitor, and update schedule-related work products.
Ability to provide three (3) completed projects of similar scale and complexity where the individual held a comparable role.
