Sales Executive – Healthcare IT Solutions (all genders)
If you are passionate about clinical outcome for better patient diagnostic in Poland using software solutions like post-processing tools together with AI, PACS applications and others, then this is the position for you.
Your role
Identify and prospect opportunities for new customer
Define and execute account strategies across a range of customer accounts, including conducting market and competitor research.
Drive effective funnel management to achieve sales targets and align with Philips business objectives.
Collaborate with and engage Specialists and Business Unit leaders during key stages of the sales process.
Establish meaningful partnerships with customers and maintain strong relationships.
Lead contract negotiations to secure mutually beneficial terms
You're the right fit if
University degree
Proven track record of creating and executing account plans to achieve sales objectives and deliver commercial targets.
In-depth experience selling Healthcare products in a clinical environment and/or strong knowledge of the hospital ecosystem.
Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities for escalation or acceleration to deliver results.
Strong customer orientation with a history of cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
Ability to leverage specialist knowledge and product resources to develop tailored customer offerings.
Resilient sales mindset with adaptability in a dynamic customer environment.
Ability to work with clients around Poland
Preferred Knowledge
Familiarity with solutions in digital pathology, cardiology, and radiology.
