Build and manage daily schedules for clients and caregivers, balancing availability, preferences, and urgent changes. Respond quickly to call‑outs, reschedules, and emergencies, adjusting the schedule to keep everything running. Communicate directly with clients and caregivers to confirm shifts and resolve conflicts. Anticipate potential scheduling issues and proactively adjust to prevent disruptions. Collaborate with the team to improve efficiency and ensure quality care. Who You Are:
