progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Regional Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, Supports compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting noncompliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements and Company policies and procedures. Maintains training in sales skills and products.
5+ years in an outside sales position(medical related fields or b2b sales preferred) orBachelor’s Degree from anAccreditedUniversity (with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred)**Physical requirements:** Coordination of the eye, hand and foot movement with an ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention**Mental requirements:** Must possess strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communicationMust be able to bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision Must have the ability to prioritize work and keep detailed and confidential records
