The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing client-facing digital activations, partnerships, and campaigns that drive revenue growth and enhance partners brand presence across TKO social media and digital channels.* Manage and execute digital activation projects for multiple global clients and partners, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding expectations.* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient execution and delivery, including building media plans and social media strategy and scheduling* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver tailored digital solutions* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Social, Brand, etc.) to ensure cohesive messaging and delivery of assets to partners on TKO channels.* Analyze and report on project performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future activations.* Identify and propose new opportunities for digital activations and partnerships that align with the UFC's business objectives.* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital activation and project management.**You Have These:*** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in digital project management, activation, media planning, media buying or digital media agency experience* Proven track record of success in managing and executing client-facing digital projects that drive revenue growth and enhance brand presence.* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and optimize project performance.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.**We’d Love If You Also Have These:*** Experience working in the sports or entertainment industry.* Knowledge of the MMA and UFC brand.* Experience with ad ops and/or digital analytics platforms such as Google Ad Manager (Google 360) or Emplifi**TKO EEO Statement:**TKO is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
