The Regional Director is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple clinics within a designated region. This role ensures alignment with enterprise goals, standardizes clinical processes, manages financial performance, and fosters a culture that reflects CCRM’s values. The Regional Director partners with site leaders and network-level teams to deliver exceptional patient experiences and achieve strategic growth objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with network objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead regional expansion initiatives
Oversee regional P&L and budgeting
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing regional managers and staff.
Oversee regional staffing plans, Review scheduling efficiency across clinics, and resolve conflicts to ensure optimal resource utilization
Implement training programs to enhance leadership and operational skills.
Foster a culture across region where network values are lived
Ensure consistent execution of network clinical and compliance standards across all locations.
Monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Support site leaders with patient experience improvements and opportunities across the region
Standardize clinical processes across clinics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and network standards
Review purchasing trends and negotiate regional contracts to optimize cost and quality
Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and community partners.
Represent the company at regional events and industry forums.
Communicate regional performance and strategic priorities to senior leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
Minimum 7+ years of multi-site healthcare operations leadership experience
Proven track record in financial management, process improvement, and team development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
