Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services for individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
Direct Care Specialist Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants of the program. The role also includes ongoing monitoring of each patient in the voluntary and involuntary facility as well as discharge coordination.
Skills / Requirements
Must be a BHT or have EMT certification.
Must have a clear 39‑month MVR record and be able to present a report at time of interview.
Must possess a Level 1 fingerprint clearance card.
Must be 21 years of age.
Behavioral health/substance abuse experience is a plus.
