Position Summary Nestlé Health Science Innovation team is searching for a self‑motivated, experienced Brand Marketer with expertise in developing and marketing CPG and/or consumer healthcare brands. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition and will use that passion everyday to build brands for Nestlé Health Science and improve lives. The Innovation Brand Marketing Manager is an impactful and dynamic brand management position in a high‑growth segment.

The Brand Marketing Manager, Innovation will lead and deliver the innovation strategy across the largest, high‑growth brands by building white‑space opportunities and capturing channel and customer priorities. This role will partner extensively with high‑functioning cross‑functional teams to define and execute all elements of innovation strategies from concept to commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

Build and commercialize 3‑5 year innovation pipelines that deliver incremental sales growth and achieve financial objectives. Lead short‑term opportunity development and execution, and long‑term strategic innovation planning, across key brands and benefit spaces aligning with brand positioning, value proposition and consumer demand mapping.

Lead the analysis and identification of new white‑space innovation opportunities and benefit spaces. Work closely with R&D to assess viability and feasibility and develop new product concepts that fulfill unmet consumer needs and drive differentiation and incremental growth.

Partner with Consumer Insights and Data Analytics teams to identify omnichannel category and consumer trends and build action learning plans from early consumer understanding to new product concept development to opportunity sizing through consumer validation.

Lead new products through stage‑gate approval process with Project Management from concept through commercialization including product design (formulation, format, flavor profile, etc.), packaging structure and graphics.

Partner with Medical, Regulatory and Legal partners to develop differentiated new product claims and claim support strategy.

Partner with Sales Strategy to develop pricing strategy, distribution targets, volume builds and strong sales story, including presentation materials to achieve retailer commitment.

Support development of launch communication plans with Brand Experience team with compelling insights and strong storytelling.

Experience and Education Requirements

5 years of Brand Management / New Product Innovation experience building brands and driving the business, including financial management and P&L management.

Proven success in delivering consumer packaged goods innovation and developing 3‑5 innovation strategies.

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field required; MBA preferred.

Comfortable with an estimated 20% annual travel.

Location & Travel This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate’s geographic location. Strong preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Compensation The approximate pay range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
