Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features (valid driver’s license required)
Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales
Complete quotes, return email/voicemail, and process credit applications and transaction paperwork
Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and follow‑up activity
Prepare sold vehicles prior to customer delivery
Conduct a thorough delivery presentation, ensuring customers understand vehicle features, warranty, and documentation
