Why You’ll Be a Great Fit
1-2 years of caregiver experience, ideally in in-home care
Dependable, reliable, and able to work independently while following care plans
Empathetic, patient, kind, and trustworthy with excellent communication skills
Values creating enjoyable experiences with clients
Comfortable using basic caregiver app and technology
Flexible availability, primarily weekdays and openness to evenings and weekends
Driver’s license preferred but not required
Committed to completing all pre-screening requirements
What You’ll Do
Provide comfort, companionship, and personalized support that makes a real difference
Assist with activities of daily living (ADL’s), including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Prepare snacks and meals to meet individual needs
Encourage and assist with movement activities to support mobility and engagement
Provide basic housekeeping tasks
Transport clients to appointments, social activities, or community events, if approved driver
Perform additional duties as assigned
