Superintendent – Ground-Up Commercial Construction

A reputable Commercial General Contractor in Dallas is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a ground-up commercial project consisting of multiple commercial buildings.
Key Requirements
10–15 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground‑up commercial projects
Demonstrated experience delivering multiple‑building or campus‑style commercial projects
Strong background in site logistics, sequencing, and scheduling from mobilization through close‑out
Proven ability to manage subcontractors, inspections, and AHJ coordination
Experience enforcing jobsite safety standards (OSHA 30 preferred)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
Hands‑on experience with concrete, structural steel, tilt‑wall, and building envelope scopes
Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with Project Managers, owners, and inspectors
Commercial‑only experience required (multi‑family or residential backgrounds will not be considered)
History of stable employment and strong project ownership
