This role would be responsible for overseeing daily production, scheduling and planning, overseeing quality and safety procedures, implementing and adhering to KPIs, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Manage daily production ensuring increased productivity and minimum downtime
Ensure plant safety programs are implemented and followed
Implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles to ensure reduced waste across multiple product lines
Staff management to include training and development and succession planning
Working with Senior Management on budgeting, capital spending, and KPI’s
Actively participate in cross functional teams including Safety, Process Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field. Associates Degree with relevant experience will be considered
10+ years of professional experience in a complex manufacturing environment
5+ years of supervisory expertise; training and development
Excellent communicative and organizational skills
Experience utilizing an ERP and MS Office products
