Job Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth audits and reconciliation of telecom and data networking service orders and change activity, against vendor records, billing and corporate-wide financial objectives.
• File carrier disputes when warranted.
• Manage order tracking, expense monitoring and allocation of cost and credits for network activity, across multiple business units.
• Liaison to telecom and network suppliers on behalf of Client

Skills and Experience Required:

Required :-

• 3+ years of experience in Telecom Expense Mgmt. analyst role
• Able to perform in-depth audits and reconciliation of telecom and data networking service orders and change activity, against vendor records, billing and corporate-wide financial objectives.
• Ability to file carrier disputes when warranted.
• Able to manage order tracking, expense monitoring and allocation of cost and credits for network activity, across multiple business units.
• Able to act as a liaison to telecom and network suppliers on behalf of Client

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant, equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement
