Strategy and Operations, Senior Manager – EliseAI

EliseAI is improving the industries that matter most: housing and healthcare. By integrating AI agents deeply into existing workflows, we streamline operations, reduce costs, and deliver a seamless experience across essential services.

About the Role

EliseAI is hiring a Strategy & Operations Senior Manager for our housing division to lead high‑impact projects that drive growth and scale across the business. This generalist role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys cross‑team collaboration, and wants to own outcomes. You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to solve critical problems—whether it means improving go‑to‑market strategies, refining client onboarding, or building internal systems that enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cross‑functional strategic projects across the full customer lifecycle—from improving sales performance and pricing strategy to optimizing implementation and post‑sale processes.
  • Analyze client workflows and usage to identify opportunities for automation, deeper product adoption, and better outcomes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and CS to refine how we position and deliver value to customers.
  • Design internal processes and playbooks to support scale across sales, onboarding, support, or customer expansion.
  • Partner with leadership to uncover insights that guide product roadmap, GTM strategy, and operational priorities.
  • Build internal reporting, forecasting, and process improvements to increase efficiency across teams.
  • Serve as a connector between teams—keeping complex initiatives on track and ensuring execution matches strategic intent.
  • Attract top‑tier talent to join our driven team.

Requirements

  • 7–8 years of experience in consulting, banking, or a high‑growth startup in a strategic or operational role; experience as a founder or early team member is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, drive execution, and influence cross‑functionally.
  • Strong slide‑builder and proficient in Excel/Sheets; SQL and scripting experience are valuable.
  • Excellent communicator; clear, direct, and confident in front of both executives and customers.
  • Comfortable in fast‑moving, high‑accountability environments.
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days a week.

Why Join

Growth and impact. You’ll be part of a funded startup scaling rapidly, writing playbooks, and learning what works when you succeed and what doesn’t when you fail. Every day will challenge you to identify how we can scale and execute on it.

Benefits

  • Equity in the company
  • Medical, dental, and vision premiums covered at 100%
  • Fully paid parental leave
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401(k) benefits
  • Fitness & home services stipend
  • Collaborative in‑office environment with open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, and all meals covered in the office
  • Unlimited vacation and paid holidays
