Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth analysis for potential recommendations to internal customers; apply analytical techniques and think analytically.
• Analyze website user experience functionality and compare competitive web properties.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the workforce.
• Familiarity with PC software and systems; participate in a team atmosphere to achieve department goals aligned with corporate vision and strategies.
• Multi-task and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; handle shifting priorities proactively.
• Work with data access tools such as SQL, SPSS, MS Access, etc.
• Transform disparate information into an understandable framework in graphics form or actionable recommendations.
• Analyze and interpret a wide variety of economic, demographic, geographic and marketing data; translate opportunities into meaningful, actionable recommendations.
• Identify and understand research nuances; provide mentoring to less experienced peers.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making is highly desired.
• Collaborate with diverse teams building cutting-edge solutions to transform health care; contribute to efforts that change lives.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze diverse data sets and translate into opportunities and recommendations.
• Ability to mentor less experienced peers; willingness to share knowledge.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is highly desired.

Compensation & Benefits

• Market Insights Analyst I: hiring range $24.00 – 31.90 per hour; bonus target 5%; full salary range $24.00 – 41.50 per hour.
• Market Insights Analyst II: hiring range $64,000 – $81,000 per year; bonus target 10%; full salary range $64,000 – $106,000 per year.
• Market Insights Analyst III: hiring range $78,000 – $98,000 per year; bonus target 10%; full salary range $78,000 – $128,000 per year.
• Market Insights Analyst IV: hiring range $94,000 – $118,000 per year; bonus target 15%; full salary range $94,000 – $154,000 per year.
