Role Description
The Director of Latin American Sales will lead efforts to drive sales growth, build an effective sales and support team, and establish relationships with distributors, dealers and partners across Latin America. This role will work directly with the VP International Sales to develop effective sales strategies tailored to regional markets. This full‑time role can be based in the US or Latin America and involves managing sales operations, developing business opportunities, and leading a dynamic sales team. The role also includes overseeing key customer accounts, ensuring top‑tier service, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Leadership including experience in setting and achieving sales targets
- Strong background in Customer Service and Business Development, with an ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships
- Experience in Team Management, including leading and motivating sales teams to achieve operational and strategic objectives
- Fluency in Spanish is required, and proficiency in Portuguese is a plus
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with security technology and markets in Latin America is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, not required
