Overview We are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Lifecycle Manager to support our Transmission Grid Planning software portfolio. This is a remote position based in the Northeast U.S.
Responsibilities
Define future product vision and strategy with focus on innovation.
Drive product development, launches, and growth as an entrepreneur for global markets.
Lead the end‑to‑end management of the product’s strategy, delivery, and supporting operations, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and legal requirements.
Analyze current and future needs and build a roadmap in close collaboration with customers.
Assist a global customer base while partnering with subject matter experts, other product managers, and our sales and marketing team.
Closely collaborate with the R&D team.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field required.
Proven track record in leading high‑performance cross‑functional teams in a global and matrixed environment.
8+ years of experience in product management in B2B software and/or engineering domains with a history of translating complex technical needs into clear product strategies and user value.
Ability to travel 30% domestically and internationally.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a STEM field preferred.
MBA preferred.
