About the Role

THM Media is seeking a strategic, highly organized Project Manager, National Sales & Events to lead the development, execution, and reporting of national advertising programs and event sponsorship initiatives across all THM Media brands, including TheHomeMag, ThePetMag, and THM Exchange events. This role supports national campaigns and sits at the intersection of program development, project management, event execution, and performance reporting. The Project Manager, National Sales & Events partners closely with the VP of Sales Enablement, national sales leadership, and cross-functional internal teams to ensure programs are strategically designed, executed flawlessly, and reported in a clear, client-ready format. This is a client-facing, high-visibility role requiring strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. The role includes travel as needed to support on-site execution of THM Exchange events and national sponsorship commitments, while also owning post-campaign and post-event reporting that supports renewals and long-term client value. Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management (Execution)

Serve as the central owner for approved national programs from kickoff through completion. Develop and manage timelines, task lists, trackers, and deliverable checklists to ensure on-time, accurate execution. Coordinate across internal departments (sales, marketing, production, digital, events) to deliver all program components to specification. Monitor progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues or escalate when needed. Maintain execution consistency and quality across all national initiatives. National Campaign Program Development (Pre-Sale)

Partner with the national sales team to develop custom, multi-channel national advertising programs across THM Media brands, including TheHomeMag, ThePetMag, and THM Exchange. Participate in client-facing calls to gather insights, understand objectives, and translate needs into actionable program strategies. Build client-facing pitch decks, program outlines, and pricing proposals that support national sales efforts. Ensure programs are strategically aligned, clearly scoped, and operationally feasible. Serve as a strategic resource to sales throughout the proposal and closing process. Event Sponsorship & THM Exchange Support

Support the execution of national event sponsorships, including THM Exchange events, in partnership with internal stakeholders and event leads. Assist with coordinating sponsorship deliverables, assets, timelines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure commitments are met. Travel as needed to provide on-site support for sponsored events, assisting with execution, logistics, and sponsor fulfillment as a THM Media representative. Support the execution of sponsorship-related media programs tied to national campaigns, assisting with coordination and delivery when required. Help ensure sponsorship elements are delivered professionally, on-brand, and aligned with client expectations. Assist with post-event and post-sponsorship follow-up, documentation, and reporting inputs. Program Performance, Reporting & Client Recaps

Own national program and event reporting from data collection through client delivery. Gather performance data and reporting inputs from internal teams, platforms, and partners. Build client-ready reporting summaries, recaps, dashboards, and insights that clearly communicate outcomes, value, and key takeaways. Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with program objectives and sales narratives. Partner with the national sales team to use reporting to support renewal conversations, upsell opportunities, and next-step recommendations. Maintain organized documentation of results for internal visibility and future planning. Cross-Functional Leadership & Communication

Act as a day-to-day coordination leader across departments to keep stakeholders aligned on expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Document meeting notes, action items, and status updates to ensure accountability. Support process improvements related to national campaign execution, event operations, and reporting workflows. Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, client services, or program management within media, advertising, or event-driven environments. Proven experience managing national or multi-market campaigns, including execution and reporting. Strong client-facing experience, including presenting programs and performance results. Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating client-facing decks, proposals, and reports. Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. Willingness to travel as needed to support THM Exchange events and national sponsorship execution. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in B2C marketing, media, advertising, or event sponsorship environments. Familiarity with project management tools, CRM systems, and reporting or analytics workflows. Experience supporting national sales organizations in both pre-sale and post-sale capacities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
