Assisted Living Manager
to supervise our Assisted Living and Memory Support neighborhoods. Working in a retirement community like Covenant Woods is unlike any job you’ll ever hold. You’ll work with residents, not regulars, and enjoy a welcoming workplace that feels like home.
Responsibilities
Direct unit operations and evaluate nursing care for all residents.
Report condition changes to physician, Director of Nursing (DON) and families.
Maintain regulatory compliance through chart audits, staff interviews, and environmental rounds.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of ISPs and UAIs and other required documentation.
Coordinate ISPs with the interdisciplinary team and families.
Manage the Memory Care Neighborhood and partner with the Dementia Coordinator on best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in assisted living, long‑term care or hospital industries; experience or exposure to the senior population preferred.
College degree in a healthcare‑related field and management experience; licensed nurses encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1 year supervisory and management experience, including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline, and counseling.
Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Covenant Woods applications, with ability to learn new applications.
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours to support peak service delivery days and times.
