Staffing Specialist
Eberl Claims team based in Lakewood, CO is seeking a self-motivated Staffing Specialist with best-in-class customer service skills, and the willingness to go above and beyond in our fast‑paced environment of handling claims. Staffing and recruiting experience is a plus but not required.

Job Purpose SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE: The Staffing Specialist position exists to timely coordinate and deploy quality claims professionals across all operations. Tasked with identifying top talent to meet various staffing needs, the Staffing Specialist conducts candidate searches, reviews resumes, and coordinates vetting processes. Additionally, the Staffing Specialist maintains our internal applicant tracking system, communicates with claims professionals, and assists in the onboarding process for new hires. By effectively managing the roster of applicants and collaborating with hiring managers, the Staffing Specialist contributes to the organization’s goal of building a skilled and capable workforce.
Responsibilities
Deliver consistent and frequently scheduled contacts/communications to claims professionals regarding updates, potential deployments, and new client requirements.
Coordinate staffing claims professionals across all clients/operations to optimize utilization and meet or exceed client requirements.
Vet and help select claims professionals for assignments and confirm for deployment, keeping our deployment strategy at the forefront of our processes.
Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate candidate experience and qualifications.
Manage emails and calls promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and timely responses and actions to support internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate profiles in the internal applicant tracking system, including uploading documents, managing records of interactions and assessments, ensuring accurate processing through database filters, and performing profile maintenance to reflect experience and performance.
Advise new applicants and current claims professionals of training, progression on roster, certification dates and details, task requirements, etc.
Reach established target goals for identification of available claims professionals (based on performance and other factors) across all operations.
May participate in job fairs, recruiting events, and other events geared toward claims professionals that may involve travel.
Foster collaboration across departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless support for efficient and timely deployment efforts. Utilize metrics to align deployment actions with departmental key performance indicators.
Communicate with site leaders regarding ongoing claims professional needs and performance.
Take ownership of daily tasks and responsibilities, ensuring all work is completed accurately, efficiently and in alignment with departmental objectives.
Functions as an effective member of the team, assisting co‑workers as needed and learning from colleagues and supervisors; supports the goals of the region, division, and organization; participates in special assignments and activities as required or approved; demonstrates initiative in the interest of Eberl Claims Services and its customers.

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required. Associate’s degree or some college coursework desired.
1–2 years previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or human‑resource role.
Commitment to confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information discretely.
Attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multi‑task are essential.
Ability to collaborate within the team and other departments as well as ability to work independently.
Ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, with an emphasis on accuracy.
Must possess excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable working in databases. Working knowledge of SharePoint is preferred.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekend, evening and holiday shifts.
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and relationship building.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with extensive phone contact with employees and customers.
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to represent Eberl professionally and positively to external candidates.
Previous experience working in a staffing or recruiting role preferred.

Working Conditions Work is generally performed in a typical office environment but may have an opportunity for a hybrid work arrangement which includes days in the office and remote work. In a hybrid work arrangement, team members must adhere to the Hybrid Work Policy.
Physical Activities and Requirements Work can involve lifting and carrying up to 25–30 lbs.; frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and reaching; occasional kneeling and stooping; operating office equipment; periodic driving likely; visual acuity to prepare, read, and organize detailed hard copy and electronic documents; ability to speak and to hear the spoken word in normal face‑to‑face, telephonic, and web‑based business communications. Willingness to work additional hours as needed, including occasional evening, overnight, and weekend hours. Willingness to accommodate occasional meetings and work activities that may be scheduled after normal daytime business hours.
