Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located for a commercial real estate broker in Midtown Manhattan. Candidate responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, servicing existing owner accounts and properties, conducting both transaction and market analysis, and spearheading deal negotiations.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
Proactive self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with the tri-state commercial real estate market is preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field
Compensation
Competitive commission-based compensation structure with opportunity to work on revenue generating accounts immediately.
$100,000 - $300,000 target
