Key Responsibilities
Organize investor meetings and events, including roadshows, travel, scheduling, and briefing materials.
Update and maintain the Investor Relations CRM for accurate investor contact and activity tracking.
Manage the Investor Relations team's shared inbox for seamless communication with investors and internal teams.
Provide high‑level support to the Global Head of Investor Relations, including calendar management and travel coordination.
Assist with broader Investor Relations initiatives and the firm's Annual Limited Partner Meeting.
Qualifications
Experience in Investor Relations or Capital Raising administrative roles.
Familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self‑directed and proactive with a focus on continuous improvement.
