Job Responsibilities
Contact potential customers via phone, email, and chat
Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
Follow up with existing leads and nurture relationships
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed expectations
Qualifications
Customer Service Experience REQUIRED
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with CRM software is preferred
