Job Description
Performs other duties as assigned. Travels to and from primary office location to other facilities for meetings, project work, and teaching/training.
Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization’s goals and objectives.
Recruits, trains, and evaluates staff to ensure optimal performance and development.
Develops and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses of staff projects, including calculation of net benefit and ROI. Maintains positive relations and acts as a liaison to ensure collaboration across multiple disciplines.
Exercises independent decision‑making processes to identify, plan, and execute goals. Engages Executive Sponsors in chartering new projects to align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor's (Required), Master's; Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (CSSBB) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $83,699.48 - $155,693.55
