This is a full-time hybrid role for a Balance Sheet Strategist based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Balance Sheet Strategist will evaluate financial data, develop strategies to optimize the organization’s balance sheet, and align financial resources with long-term operational goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing asset and liability structures, forecasting financial trends, managing liquidity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaboration across departments to provide strategic financial insights is also a core aspect of the role. Responsibilities

Expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting Strong knowledge of Risk Management, Financial Strategy, and Regulatory Compliance Proficiency in Accounting Principles and Balance Sheet Management Experience with Analytical Tools, Data Interpretation, and Problem-Solving Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders Proven ability to design and implement financial strategies with measurable outcomes Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline Knowledge of or experience in non-profit financial operations is a strong plus Seniority level
