Achieve their sales quota and set a personal quota which should exceed the Company’s standard Develop and maintain target account system for major prospective clients Ensure that all goods and services sold are at a fair price and within Company policy on pricing, selling and collection Maintain sales support and presentation materials in an organized and professional manner Provide Manager with a regular report of activities; complete sales reports on time Develop relationships with new and existing customers and provide information to maximize sales volume Attend and participate in seminars, professional conferences as required Maintain knowledge in the relevant field at all times What We Need From You
3 or more years of outside sales experience with an emphasis on prospecting and new customer development in the service industry Pest management industry experience is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication Superior relationship building ability and thoroughness with clients Strong sales skills with knowledge of the complete sales cycle Works well independently What We Offer
