We are currently seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide a wonderful rehabilitation experience for patients and their families. The role involves individualizing treatment plans, being responsive, and supporting a progressive treatment environment to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
