Children’s Habilitation Center (CHC) is a leader in providing total habilitative care for infants and children in Harvey, IL. The staff at CHC includes a dedicated team of professionals such as Board Certified Pediatric Physician, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Registered Dietician, and Certified Teachers.
Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Respiratory Therapist at Children's Habilitation Center. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing cardiopulmonary and respiratory care to infants and children in the neonatal intensive care unit.
Responsibilities Provide cardiopulmonary and respiratory care to infants and children in the neonatal intensive care unit.
Qualifications
Cardiopulmonary and respiratory care skills
Experience in neonatal intensive care and respiratory therapy
Knowledge of pediatric medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Current certification as a respiratory therapist
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy or related field
