Overview
Be among the first 25 applicants. This is a full-time, daytime schedule (Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm) with possible occasional Saturday work based on patient needs. Location: 8300 N FM 620, Suite (100 & 400) Austin, TX 78726. Start date: immediate openings available. Responsibilities
Work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
Stay active during sessions, moving to stay engaged with children.
Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
Be part of a supportive, mission-driven team that celebrates progress and growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
Lift up to 30 lbs; sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children; get on and off the floor frequently; maintain an active pace throughout the day.
Must be at least 18 years old; high school diploma or GED.
Consistent attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
Commitment to the organization’s core values of teamwork; may occasionally assist a nearby sister clinic if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay by education and ABA experience:
High School/Associate’s Degree: $16.00 – $24.00 per hour
Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
Master’s Degree: $22.00 – $27.00 per hour
RBT certification: first raise after obtaining certification (typically within ~3 weeks).
Guaranteed full-time hours; paid training; fully covered RBT certification.
Raises every 6 months with clear goals.
Health insurance covered at 90%.

Paid time off: 10 holidays, 10 PTO days, 2 flexible days.
Student loan repayment support.
